Steve Mancinelli
He started shooting in January of 1973, when his father took him out to Watkins, CO to try a new sport that they could enjoy together, and at the same time keep Steve away from trouble on the streets and the negative peer pressure of friends. They shot together for one year, at which time it became clear that Steve had ability that his father did not. The senior Mancinelli decided to drop the sport after the first year, in the interest of supporting Steve
