Dene Cogdill
Dene started shooting skeet in 1978 at the Missoula Trap and Skeet Club. Since then, he has shot more than 131,000 registered targets. He has won numerous gun championships all over the United States.
Dene has won twelve State championships, and at the Zone championships in 1992, shot the first 400/400. He has been named to thirteen Zone All-Star teams and the Montana State team nineteen times. Dene was inducted into the Montana Skeet Hall of Fame in 1996.
While shooting world-class scores he has still found time to additionally benefit the sport by serving as NSSA National and State Board director for many years. He has been the Club Skeet Chairman since 1979 and serves on numerous Zone and National committees.
